About the guild
Founded by a group of friends looking to enjoy the content of WotLK after years of high level raiding starting to the early days of WoW, the guild went from strictly 10 man to a full 25 man raiding guild. So far, we have seen most of the content available from the first edition of Naxx to ICC, on 40, 10 and/or 25 man, on mains and alts.

We are a well organized raiding guild with rules based on many years of raiding experience. We are hardcore in the sens that we rely on very good players to bring great skills, good preparation and a positive and mature attitude to the raids. We concentrate our efforts in 9 hours of raiding per week (split in 3 nights), no more. Other activities varies depending on the requests and availability of the raid leaders. We want to kill 'stuff' and have fun.

For Cataclysm
Our goal for Cataclysm is to explore and enjoy the new content and create a stable raid environment as soon as possible so we can start pushing for a consistent raid progression. In that spirit, we are looking to welcome players with similar attitudes and goals.

Priority=> 1x Holy Pally, 1x Pally Tank, 1x Warlock, 1x Boomkin/Resto, 1x Druid or DK tank
We are also currently looking for a raid leader
We are welcoming all classes for Cataclysm.

We are expecting:
- Showing up for all 25 man raids every week
- Be prepared for upcoming fight ie know the fights dynamics, know your role (tank/melee dps/ranged dps/healer), etc (read strat, watch videos, do some research)
- Skills & Abilities: know how to play your class, monitor and optimize your own performance, don't stand in stuff, decurse, etc.
- Appropriate spec, gear, gems, enchant, consumables for pve and for the content level
- Be able to read up on fights and keep in touch by using the website
- Bring positive attitude and open communication and give the raid all your attention

What we don't want:
- "Loot-oriented" people => we are using a DKP systems that rewards consistent raiding: the more you raid, the more DKP you get, highest DKP wins loot. Simple.
- Drama => if there is a problem, an issue or you want to make a suggestion, bring it up with an officer. Nobody needs to hear someone have a fit over vent during raid over a mistake with loot or a disagreement on strategy. Bring it up politely and calmly. You will be heard, you will be listen to and your point will be adressed.
- Lack of focus => if you are raiding, focus. If TV is distracting, turn it off. We have no interest in wiping because your favorite sport team won or lost.
- Afk's, bio's, phone call => We are providing a 10 min break during the raid so everyone can do whatever they need at the same time. 24 people waiting around for one person is not efficient.
- Poor communication/social skills => Basically, don't be a douche. In raid, in guild, in party, in trade chat, on vent, etc.

Reasons why we might not be a good guild for you:
- PvP is your life. For us, PvP is occasionally fun. Some might have a dedicated PvP alt but that is not our main focus.
- Raiding is your life. Raiding is our primary focus in game but we have jobs, schools, families, etc.
- You want to chat all day long on vent. That is just not us. We are not a highly social guild. We get together to raid and have fun raiding and we hang out on our alts but we are not a social club.
- Role playing. We are not a role playing server. We are not a role playing guild.
- Hand-holding=> We are not here to provide you with expertise on your class, role, etc. We expect you to do your own research on your class and find ways to optimize your performance. Same with raiding.
