- Rotation
Lets get something very clear NOBODY LIKES TO SIT OUT, especially not on Tuesday 25 man raid. BUT IT WILL HAPPEN. We will do our best to have a good rotation on who gets to sit out and with the stand by DKP, we are trying to make it less painful. The good thing is that having more people help securing the 25 man raids. That is a very good thing. Btw, if you think we sat you out too much, please talk to Walkyria. We are tracking each raid vs the same one last week (and the previous week) to make the rotation work.. it is a lot of work and mistake are very easy to make. Please give us the chance to make things right if we do make a mistake.

- Raid drafting
Another irritating matter that has been brought up a few times is the late drafting and the last min changes. So here is what we will do in the future: we will do a first draft the day before with the people at raider rank and higher, that are sign up at the time. Then, we will finalize the draft an hour before the raid. If we can finalize it earlier, we will. We hope to minimize the changes for the raiders and motivate people to sign up early. Remember that you also have a DKP reward for signing up 24hours in advance for our 25 man raids (given that you also show up for the raid).
Quick reminder: if you are not drafted, but still in the 'queued' section, please be online at invites until the Raid Leader confirmes that the raid is full (generally about 7:30pm - 7: 35). If it is a 25 man raid, you can then decide if you want to be on stand by for the DKP reward. If it is a 10 man, once the raid is full, you are free to go.

- 25 man Pugs
We are asking you to not get saved to the 25 man raid content that we are planning to do until the last raid of the week is over. Currently, that includes ICC, VoA and the Weekly.

- 10 man Pugs
You are totally free to do all the 10 man you want with who you want. BUT, if you are sign up for a guild 10 man, don't forget to adjust it if you get saved in another run. This has been happening too frequently already and at some point, we will just stop taking you to 10 man if that happens too often.

- Bazinga (RL/CL)
The Bazinga rank includes raid leads, healing leads and class leads. Instead of having specific lead for each class, we have listed a few people that can help you with questions regarding a specific class and spec. By example, you can easily see why we would refere you to Tyaa if you have questions concerning pally tanks but you can also ask him questions about discipline priest and tanking warrior. Same with Dagger, that knows as much about hunter and DK than about pally tanks. To see the list we have identified so far, click here!

- Guild Bank, Potion Bank and Guild Treasury
We got good result from the selling of some of the BoE epic and blues items as well as some of the patterns. Also, we have been more proactive in shopping for Frost Lotus and we had some nice donation of herbs and fish (for te fish feast). So, we will revised the price of the flasks and potions again.. to lower it a little. Not too much, but as much as we can sustain it. The rest of the treasury will be kept to help with repairs on hard learning nights and for various mats to help with BIS enchants, etc.
Another quick reminder, if you need enchant, gem cutting, item crafted, etc, make sure to ask in guild and ask to an officer if someone in guild can make it. Most of us that are providing services for guildies do it for free. Including burning cooldown provided that you bring your mats.

- Primal Saronite
Given the VERY LOW drop rate of the primal saronite, don't wait to get some from the guild to have your super cool BIS crafted item done. We are far from having the basic recipes and that will be our priority use of the primal saronite at this point. If you want to know who can craft what, click here to get to the ongoing current list!
Also, if like Berublue you went on your own to get some recipes, please let Walkyria know so we can update the list and focus on getting other recipes than the one already known by guildies.

- Guild Information and Raiding Policies
We updated and made some changes to theses posts. It would be a good idea for everyone to go read them to be aware of the latest updates.
