This ICC is open to main and alts.
To make sure that alts are at a adequate level, please post your GEAR SCORE as a note to your sign up.
Also, since we will have mains and alts mixed, we will ask everyone to be considerate about loot since we would all benefit to gear more mains than alts.

I will try to Generate some requirements with the Gear Score Crap, I dont like to measure people by this number for many reasons but I want it to be listed for a few reasons:

1. You are atleast geared for the encounters/raid
2. You can see if you are Above, below, or on Par with the gear of others who have signed up
3. Going back to Point #2, hopefully motivate you to gear up more in the new 5mans and maybe even flask up

This Raid is still just for fun but no one likes to wipe or die because of bad set-ups or improperly geared toons. This is afterall the progression after ToC so gear up in those 5mans and Spec, Gem, Glyph, and Enchant to a Max/Min Raid Like setting.

Loot:

Depending on if this raid has guildies on their mains (main spec) who may benifit from an upgrade from this run, I would ideally like to give the item to the main. However, additional pieces of loot that drop after that piece will be handeled as if he has already looted his Epic for the night but it will be up to the other members of the run to decide to pass it to the Main or not. There will be no pressure from anyone when making that call.... I will make sure of that.

Votes:

Depending on how the night begins or changes as the raid goes on I may do Ready Check votes for the following:

1. Missing Raiders may lead to --- Vote to PuG remaing slots vs. calling it for the night
2. Bad progress in ICC may lead to --- Vote to go to TotC vs. calling it for the night vs. continue for a few more tries before calling
