All guildies of any type are welcome to come to this raid, meaning that both "mains" and "alts" are invited to come.
Friends of guildies are also invited but understand that guild members will have priority on the draft to come.
Priority will always be granted to those who are "mains" both by sign-ups and by loot.
However, should anyone win an item, their priority on loot will always be placed behind everyone else without any loot for that night.

Even with the awesome 25%+ buffage all ICC raids are getting, we expect anyone who signs up to be ready and have their desired toon prepared for doing its very best. This means: enchants on every piece, gems in every slot, optimum PvE spec, reagents, gear repaired, etc. And a decent gear score (a complete set averaging above lvl 232item).

Gear Score was once asked to be posted on sign-ups but that never really caught on so I will put it this way: Gear level is not the only level or measure that produces good performance out of a raider (skillful players can sometimes brake standards) but understand that all raids are group efforts and any inability on a single person's performance will affect the entire group, possibly limiting what can be achieved on certain nights. So, should anyone bring an alt (or a friend main) obviously under-geared and/or unable to maintain a decent performance in a 10 man raid, it will be at the discretion of the raid leader to keep or replace that person in the raid. It will also be at the raid leader discretion to not draft you again for another raid before you can meet the minimal standard of GS and performance. We will not penalize the 9 other people that are there and ready to go for your lack of preparation.

This raid is just for fun and an opportunity to gear up any alts guildies have leveled. If something happens, or something said goes against this idea of "fun", I ask that you call me out on it. I also do this as an activity for the guild, so long as there is a vested interest in having this Mixed run and the run is rarely canceled due to lacking of interest, we will continue to host this awesome raid
